Terms and Conditions

QuinPlay is a digital sports entertainment platform that allows users to create and participate in football pools and prediction contests, make predictions on match results, and compete in rankings with other users.

The service is currently free of charge. QuinPlay reserves the right to introduce optional paid plans in the future, which will be clearly communicated in advance. Existing free features will not be removed without prior notice.

QuinPlay is not a real-money betting platform. No monetary transactions take place between users and no cash prizes are awarded. The sole purpose is entertainment and friendly competition.

To register and use QuinPlay you must:

• ▸ Be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• ▸ Provide a valid and real email address.
• ▸ Choose a username that does not impersonate another person or contain offensive terms.
• ▸ Maintain the confidentiality of your password. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

By using QuinPlay you agree not to:

• ✕ Use the service for illegal activities under the laws of Honduras or your country.
• ✕ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or other users' data.
• ✕ Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate predictions or rankings.
• ✕ Post offensive, threatening, discriminatory content or spam.
• ✕ Interfere with the normal operation of the platform or its servers.
• ✕ Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without written authorization.

QuinPlay collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering, you agree that QuinPlay may store and process your email address, username, and notification token (FCM) to operate the service.

QuinPlay uses Google Analytics 4 to analyze site usage anonymously. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

All content on QuinPlay — design, logo, source code, text, graphics, and features — is the exclusive property of QuinPlay and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.

QuinPlay is currently in beta. We strive to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime.

QuinPlay is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuinPlay shall not be liable for data loss, indirect or incidental damages, interruptions caused by third parties, or the actions of other users.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.quinplay@gmail.com.

QuinPlay reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. For significant changes, we will notify users at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras, including the Commercial Code, the Electronic Signature Law (Decree 149-2013), and other applicable regulations on e-commerce and digital services.
